What happens if my product never arrives?

If your package is well outside the estimated delivery window (20 - 25 business days from the time you were notified of shipment) this package is considered lost/stolen and we will reissue a second package asap. We may ask for a different shipping address if we do not feel like a second attempt will reach you.
