Will I have to pay customs fees?

While we do everything we can to ensure you are not charged customs fees, ALL International orders may be subject to duties and import fees especially on higher value items.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer if they occur.

If you decide to not pay the import charges, email us at care@habitatbotanicals.com to inform us that you have refused the package.

We sincerely apologize for these charges, however, they are currently beyond our control and we are actively searching for solutions to this issue. We want your experience with Habitat to be a positive one!!
